Refunds Policy
At Pinnacle MaXX™ / PCFSA LLC, we want every grower to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our updated return and refund policy below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To start a return, email us at flowerstackattack@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it.
Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (tamper seal intact).
Include your order number in the package.

Note: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Refunds (Unopened Bottles Only)
Refunds are issued only for NON-OPENED bottles with the original tamper seal intact.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important:
The refund amount will equal your total purchase price minus the original shipping cost.
Although all U.S. orders ship free, the actual shipping fee paid by PCFSA LLC will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are not available for opened bottles, used items, or damaged packaging.
If 15 business days have passed after your refund approval and it hasn’t posted, please contact us at flowerstackattack@gmail.com.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Need a different product? The fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, live plants)
Custom/personalized items
Personal care products
Hazardous or flammable materials
Sale items or gift cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping unless items arrive defective or incorrect.
